The Spa
Unwind and relax at Lower Mill Estate’s award-winning spa. Lying at the heart of the Estate it boasts two heated swimming pools, a lily-filtered eco-pool, sauna, steam room and gym equipped with top-of-the-range technogym equipment. A full range of treatments and therapies are available and should be booked in advance of your stay.

Ballihoo Restaurant
The stunning Ballihoo restaurant and newly refurbished clubhouse is exclusively for the use of Lower Mill Estate homeowners and holidaymakers and offers a comprehensive breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks and takeaway menu. Enjoy wood-fired pizzas overlooking the fantastic children’s playground and tennis courts.
The Ballihoo Market located within the clubhouse can provide guests with local and essential provisions from logs for the fire, sweets for the kids or daily newspapers.
Millstone Park
With a children’s play area, a volley ball court, two tennis courts, a soft-play area and a 3G artificial turf multi-use games area (MUGA) that encourages five a side football with friends and family, there really is something for all ages at Millstone Park which is located next to The Ballihoo Clubhouse.

Water Sport Equipment Hire
The Activity Hub provide a wide range of water sports equipment for all ages, abilities and levels of mobility. You can book online and choose from a range of Paddle boards, Kayaks and Canoes that are all available for either one, three or five days!

Miss Mouse Trail
The Miss Mouse Trail is a family friendly treasure trail around the Lower Mill Estate’s nature reserve. Follow the map to locate each character, note down the code on each treasure chest to win a special Miss Mouse goody bag!
